About the event
Spend an evening with Rebekah as you delve into the importance of core stability for both horse and rider. To include a Lecture/practical session in the class room be ready to test your Core Stability with the wobble board and gym balls. Followed by a group ride focusing on exercises you can use both in and out the saddle to encourage your horse to use their core more.
£40- Own horse or TDS Horse- Members Only.
