Groups available for all levels of ability and ages - on your own horse or one of ours. Each group lasts one hour and will have no more than 5 riders per group. All lessons are in the indoor school. Just choose the group which suits you most, and message to book. 16.30 Junior polework (for under 16's) suitable from novice rider to intermediate 17.30 Adult polework (for over 16's) suitable from novice / nervous rider to intermediate 18.30 Dressage divas polework - dressage specific exercises to build core strength and help suppleness (suitable for young horses) 19.30 Advanced polework including raised poles and canter exercises (suitable for those wanting a very active session and to help towards jumping or flat.
